Yes, prettypammie liked her present...I would have done better with Opals. (Note to self for next time). Today she and I both had to work. Quinn went to his swimming lesson with Pam first. He does better with mommy, who puts up with less B.S.

Pam was still working when I got burned out, so I went to the gym to "catch up" for not having time yesterday.

Since I didn't have to rush back to work, I dialed in an extra five minutes, so today's total distance was 2.84 miles (ooooooooooo....ahhhhhhh.....impressive) at the old target HR.

Still munching bad stuff, but upping the water intake as much as possible, which helps both metabolically, and in feeling full and not overeating.

Went out for a quasi-birthday-lunch after I was done working out and Pam and Quinn were done working (and were both ravenous). Quinn, according to Pam, had been charming and adorable all day, showing off for colleagues in addition to being a good swimmer. He's my little sweet boy. Today for the first time he--with daddy upstairs putting laundry together and mommy napped out on the couch--removed his DVD and put a new one in...down to putting the old DVD away in the case for the new one. (He's mommy's little neat-and-tidy boy--definitely doesn't get it from me).

Time to think about dinner. Fire burning. Tired. Must help Pam study and actually get the taxes mailed off as well as collect documentation for our Amateur Radio license plates.
