Well Whadda Ya Know?|
One of my favorite "Stevie Nicks" tunes, "Cry Wolf," was actually by Laura Branigan [who died in 2004]. The things you find when Googling around for a music video Pam remembered from the 80's. She couldn't remember the artist, title, or even any lyrics--just some visual recollections from the video. Yes, I found it. I am the Google-meister.
Oh, whoops...Missed midnight whilst Googling...Happy new year. Must go give kiss.
Branigan? Oh, jeez. How the heck did I miss that?
Missed midnight whilst Googling.
You, sir, are a Geek.

See, the devil is in the details he wasn't mentioning. If the kiss recipient wasn't tapping her foot going "it's almost midnight" I bet dollars to black-eyed-peas that she was *also* geeking out somewhere or doing something "productive" and thus also missed it.
My only complaint about "Happy Feet" is that they didn't use Laura Branigan's "Gloria". I was totally expecting it.

Geeking out. Got it in 1. She finally started playing with the iPod Nano I gave her back in early December.
Hence the search for old favorite tunes.
The one in question was "Self Control." Apparently banned by MTV until they cut out the 45 sec. of most outre' content.
*snerk* ah, so *this* is why he's not complaining of being in the doghouse. :)

What is that comment about what you do at midnight you will spend the year doing? :)
