The mornng run, etc.
Q is back from two days with Grandma sew_200e and Grandpa billtinva! Bonus. The doctor is much closer to our work and their home than the day-care is, so it just made sense to take him to their place after the checkup on Tuesday.

Coal and I got up and ran for about fifty minutes, the same 2.5 mile loop as before. I had to walk for a while to try to push through my right inside calf screaming at me. That's opposite of my break, so I'm wondering if it's not "picking up the slack." In any event, I pushed through. Coal's a good running buddy--he wants to run, and he'll pick up the pace with me right as I do...but he's not obnoxious and tugging when I need to take it down a notch. The run for him is part of his training recommendations from CES...I wish we had time and money to pick up the more direct training aspects of it right now. For now, we're just being exceedingly careful to keep him out of any potentially dangerous situations.

Okay, I have to get a little boy to his field-trip by 9 AM "sharp," and I still have to get dressed in work clothes and make him a PBJ. Later, all!

Also make sure you're taking your vitamins. Lack of calcium and potassium can cause leg cramps. Though I tend to agree that you might be favoring one over the other due to the fracture and because its just the one leg cramping...

How motivated you are! Two days in a row... *grin*
