Customer Elimination Management

Without fanfare, without an explicit prior announcement, and with a most perfunctory notice, changed my postage plan from "simple" to "power," tripling my monthly fee.

I contacted customer service, here was their response:

Thank you for your e-mail.  We sincerely apologize for the
regarding this issue, and regret losing loyal customers.  At

in the future, we may introduce various plans with a range of

regarding the price increase
and have taken the necessary steps to see that
your comments are heard
by the appropriate departments.  If you have any
other suggestions or
comments, please feel free to send them along.

free at
(888)434-0055 and select Option 1.  Our operating hours are
Monday through
Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM PST (excluding holidays).

If you experience any
difficulty getting through, you may want to avoid
our peak calling period by
calling in the early morning or during the
later days of the week (Wednesday
through Friday).

We must speak with you directly in order to verify your
information before we can close the account and send out a refund
for any unused purchased postage due.  Once any past due service fees
the account are paid, the refund checks take approximately 4-8 weeks
process and arrive after the date of account closure.  Unfortunately
do not pro-rate our fees because we are a month to month

Please be also advised that sending email, inactivity,
uninstalling (or not installing) our software does not close
