Damn you General Tso's chicken. At 15 points to the cup, squeezing that extra little bit into a half-cup can really hurt you.
Next time, I'll dole it out in grams...that's safer and harder to cheat on.
Also a little more exercise in the week wouldn't hurt.
Well, I'm still at > 2.5 pounds per week...just got to make sure I reestablish the negative trend next week...and keep it going the week after that, and the week after that.
It still hurt disprorotionately to hear that dreaded word "up" at the weigh-in. I felt really crushed and disappointed, even though it was obvious where I went astray.
