It's been a while!! Where exactly do you live?? You seem to be popping up ALL over the place. NJ, DC, VA, LOL. yep...I live in NJ, and work ~ 1 week a month in the DC suburbs of VA. ;) Ahhh geographically challenged here. I DC is a suburbs of VA? How are you doing. Been keeping up with you & your workouts. You should get before & now shots of you, I am sure you lost tons of weight or gained tons of muscle. Did you see my before & now shots? Yep! You should be...I've been gaining lots of muscle, but not loosing weight...
I tend to eat like a big ole pig...that might have something to do with it! Muscle weights more than fat! Just because you're not loosing doesn't mean your not doing great! I am soo proud of you keeping up your workouts this long! Your not even going to recognize me next Arisia. :) | | From: | happypete |
