yesterday, got wrapped up in "stuff," no lunch. coworker and I were coding and studying at my place. hunger got the better of me...did I order vegetables or something easy? NOOOOO....GENERAL TSO'S CHICKEN! 15 points per cup or something horrible like that.
man was it good, though.
I was still barely under points for the day (I won't talk about dairy and fruit/vegetable serving count, though)...then, the steamed dumplings that my wife didn't eat called out to me...."PEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEETE! EAT ME!!"
Anyway, back on track today, drinking my water and staying away from temptations, had nice healthy veggies and WW meal for lunch.
Bottom line: making it.
Oh, and I got the new breeze apparatus with nasal pillows for my continuous positive airway pressure machine. I slept all the way through the night with it the first night, and almost the whole night last night. (Nasal pillows means instead of a mask over my nose, there's little dealies that go in each nostril...avoids the air leaks through the mustache, and more importantly the air leaks that were blowing up the top of my nose into the corners of my eyes, no matter how carefully I adjusted the straps.
What a relief!
It's SO much better than the other torture device...I mean conventional mask.
