Da workout...travel...

Last night, 60 mn, 159 bpm, cross-trainer, 847 cal, 7.3 mi...was a little tired--didn't match my best 60 min results from last week. s'ok. time @ heart rate is the key, right? strenght workout was likewise acceptable...legs strong (288 lbs on the leg extension), chest and arms acceptable. must do more there. abs were okay, I only got through two sets at 96 pounds on the old cruncher before deciding it was time to call it a night.

today, off to Virginia after the morning round of meetings, etc.
