Yay..
...for neighbors, Jamie gave us a Zucchini, basil, oregano, and some mint from her garden...she's such a sweety. Friend tried to dominate Quinn...I looked over and he was starting to do a "hump the leg" routine, but with Friend's size and Quinn's size, it was more of full-body hump. Quinn was looking none-too-pleased. Luckily Friend will listen when given firm instruction...one no-nonsense "Off, Friend!" from me was all it took.

...for friends...salliesandbags and flyingwolf have both volunteered to come to our place Friday and help make ready for party. Yay!

...for prettypammie who is slogging through her Java class, and suffering from my poor attempts to help teach her a language I don't know myself.

I just sent prettypammie an IM, but in case she doesn't get it - if she needs help with Java, I'd be happy to try to help :)

I've taught Java at many varying levels. If I can be of help, just lemme know! :)

Feel free to point Pammie to me directly too, if that works better.

Please drop Pam a line--prettypammie@livejournal.com. I think she's doing alright so far--but I'm sure as things get more complex it's going to get interesting.
