Without fanfare, without an explicit prior announcement, and with a most perfunctory notice, Stamps.com changed my postage plan from "simple" to "power," tripling my monthly fee.

I contacted customer service, here was their response:

short form: Hi, soon-to-be-former Customer. Tough )

Going to cancel my account now. Any other suggestions for "print at home" postage?
