Must fit 13" wide x 13" deep x 18 (?)" 15 doz. egg box.

YOu know that until you wash the eggs they don't need to be refrigerated, right? :)

Yes, but I am washing as I gather...
I don't want to be frantically packing eggs the night before delivery.

How long will they sit, unrefrigerated, though?

We kept them out for up to a month before washing and refrigerating/selling them when I was younger... but once they go in the fridge, they must stay in the fridge. A quick serach yielded some answers on this forum: http://poorbuthappy.com/colombia/post/a-good-egg-or-a-bad-egg/
