MySpace, Friendster, etc.
I do not have time for spam. MySpace, Friendster, etc., have done far too little to prevent spammers from reaching me with their pitches. In the unlikely event that you actually notice my disappearance from your friends' lists, etc., in these other places, please know that it's not personal. I'm focusing on one blogging site: LJ, and one "social networking" site: LinkedIn.

If you happen to have content that you think I will be missing by leaving your more preferred site, let me know...it's possible that I can lock my profile down enough that I can keep a "reading only" account, and not be spammed--or, if your posts are all public at that site, perhaps there's an RSS feed, in which case I'll just migrate it to LJ.

I pretty much left Myspace too... I keep an account just so I can keep an eye on what my niece is doing there. I do like Multipy though. :) However, what little blogging I do takes place here on LJ (and routes automatically to multiply), and I never got into linkedin, so no deal there! :) *hugs* No one has time for spam.

MySpace bites. I've not explored, nor do i plan to explore, Friendster. I have a LinkedIn account, though i've not used it much as yet; i find it a bit bizarre.
