Funny to think that this one-time, would-be astronaut will probably be, at most, a customer of people "doing" space. The dream does live on, though, in my heart.

Wow.

Y'know, I've always had a special thing for folk songs about ships. they tend to touch me. Y'know, "Barret's Privateers", "The Marco Polo", etc.

But wow, this just takes the cake, one time or not. Perhaps because it's of our own era. Or maybe it's just me.

Wow.

I'm gonna have to listen to that again.

Wow. I've read his posts on RASFF, and I think this song was in Fallen Angels too, but I can't find a reference to that.
