Enough to make me ditch Firefox
LJ is not setting the instant-expire option on friends pages, or Firefox's caching algorithm is not smart enough to detect that "skip=" friends pages shoudl not be cached..I have to clear cache before reading LJ now, or I see old content when I go past the 1st page.

I don't think it's Firefox, because I haven't had any problems with it.

Doesn't do that to me, and I use Firefox on my desktop and my laptop. Sounds like there's a setting that needs to be changed to force it to check for new version of the page everytime.

I have this problem occasionally, but not with any consistency that allows me to figure out the cause. For me, it's not all the time - maybe twice a month (although it will happen right in a row), and it's not always the 2nd page (skip 20); sometimes it's the third, fourth, or fifth page that I need to manually refresh.
